My name is Sam McFarlin and I attend Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa.

About Me

My two favorite things in this world are technology and music. I have explored the world of technology during my studies at Graceland University and have decided to make it my career. It is an amazing subject that I believe should be a part of everyone's education.

Music has been a hobby and interest of mine since middle school. My entire family has been involved in music, so I naturally decided to join band in 6th grade. I approached the band teacher and told her to give me any instrument that she needed me to play, and that is how I ended up playing low brass instruments for the last decade. I currently play trombone in the Graceland University Orchestra.
